SHIPPING INFO:
• All orders are processed and packed in 5-9 business days.
• Standard shipping is USPS First Class, which takes 1-3 business days (in USA)  (1-4 weeks to international addresses). Priority Mail is for heavier parcels, includes $50 of insurance, and delivery time is also 1-3 business days.
This means most domestic packages should be expected to arrive within 6 business days.
• Packages include tracking information, which will be emailed at the time the order ships. 

DELIVERY (USPS):  
• If you are concerned about the delivery of your order, please check the tracking information that is emailed to you and confirm that the address submitted is correct.
• If your order has not arrived within 7 days of shipment (US), you can submit a missing mail search request here. Alternatively, you can call USPS with your tracking number at 1-800-275-8777.
• You can also check here to find service disruption alerts for your region.
• If for any reason a package is returned to us, we will email you and arrange to reship if you would like to repurchase postage.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

We are shipping to you! Postage varies so get in touch with us prior to placing your order. Please understand that you are responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

In most cases of delays, the package is being held in customs so be sure to call  your local post office with your customs form # to find out.

Tracking through USPS ends in Chicago, where it leaves the US. To continue tracking, search the same tracking number on the postal service website associated with your country.

INCORRECT or DAMAGED ORDERS
Please contact us if you have any concerns with your order. It is important to us that you receive your items intact, and as described.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We do our best to describe each item vividly, but scent can be a very subjective experience. For this reason, we recommend trying samples of our botanical blends first so that you know what you like and how it affects you prior to purchasing a full-size product. No refunds or exchanges are given.

If there is an issue with your order (incorrect items, missing items, or incomplete/damaged items) we will be happy to provide you with an exchange or replacement. Exchanges are not valid for any other reason.
